1. Our Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Any returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

2. Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Free from any stains, odors (like perfume or smoke), or damage.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Lingerie and undergarments
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.
  • Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item and include any original paperwork. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
